Another starfish shot. This is the underside. Taken on the Oregon Coast, near Newport or Lincoln City... I can't remember where I was. >_>

It was stuck to some rocks with its underside exposed like that. I had the camera a couple inches away from it, held against the rocks to keep it steady. It's not quite as focused as I would like, but it's really hard to do in low light with no flash.

I love this it's beautiful. I can only gasp at the detail, and how you managed to get such a great, close-up shot. It looks like cake-candles at first glance.

Thank you. :) I was really lucky to be able to get that angle!

An angel with no halo and one wing in the fire.

I was going to say it was blurry, but if that's the underside of a starfish blown up and magnified and stuff, I think you did pretty well; not many cameras could portray it clearer without some high quality professionalidge goin' on in thurr.

Yes, that's the underside of a starfish. It was a pretty hard shot to get. For one thing, there wasn't quite enough light, and I was having trouble ajusting the settings on my camera to compensate... and having trouble with the focus. Hell, I was just fighting with my camera. :| This is my personal favorite photo, and I really wish I'd been able to get a crisper shot. Maybe I'll get another opportunity on a day that me and my camera are getting along. ;P
